The personal information collected is strictly confidential. This site has security measures in places to protect your information. We will not reveal or sell your personal information to any third party .
We will never collect any customer payment details. The only information we collect from a customer is when they place an order through the website or subscribe to the newsletter.
Please choose carefully as I do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. If an item is faulty, you may have the item replaced with the same product or one of equal value. All product exchanges should be take place within two weeks of purchase. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.
Terms Of Service
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Due to their handmade nature some items will differ slightly in style and size to the pictured image.

Content of the website is intended soley for the personal and non-commercial use by users of the website. You may be granted limited access to share content with appropriate credit. Product and Bespoke
All products have been described and displayed as accurately as possible. Some variation in colouring may occur due to viewing on different monitors and the nature of the materials.
Each item is handmade by Danielle Lo. As a result some variations in colour and proportions may occur, however each piece will function to the standards and sizing as described and be meet with the utmost quality control.
For bespoke orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a form through the ‘Contacts’ page. Emails or submission forms will be responded to within five days.
In the event or a faulty item, please contact email@example.com within two weeks of receiving your order. The piece will be assessed on a case by case before any further actions are taken. Should there be any action taken, the customer is responsible for postage cost and is required to supple a returning postal satchel.
If you are unsure of your ring size please get in contact with us, alternatively you may visit any professional jewellery store who can measure your ring size for you. Rings that will need to be resized may incur a cost. This will be assessed on a case by case basis and will be invoiced separately.
